It is easy to criticise Aveo but frankly information technology doesnt assist the sectors underlying job. I applaud you Lauren and in that case Geoff for piquant in a discussion transparently on how aveo sees the problems. Frankly no individuals should suffer simply unavoidably there are issues. The question is what operators do about it. Information technology is so well-off to blame the anonymous corporate but older care is like other service industries. It is however belatedly to the party in creating change and adopting tripadvisor style feedback and other innovations. However IT is happening now. I urge wellness professionals to receive a trifle organized religion and commitment to ask questions and quest after improvements for this precious sphere and non fall into the trap of tabloid media sensationalism that only defers the very true healing for change we need here. #responsiblecare
